Strong muscles, bones and ligaments in just one movement!
Sometimes there aren't enough hours in the day to squeeze in any additional activities, and by sometimes I mean All the time! We all know the importance of exercise for the smooth functioning of our bodies.
All you need to do is Squat!!!
Squatting is a compound full body exercise. It targets the primary muscles in your body: thighs, hips, buttocks, hamstrings as well as bone and ligaments training.
Squat when you are brushing your teeth, before you shower, and on the weekends when everyone is still sleeping!

Proper form is required for squats though, as you can easily hurt your back or knees.
