Quick healthy snack for work: Asian Chicken Roll Ups

To address the issue of not eating on time and eating unhealthy, here is one easy snack you can try:

 Asian Chicken Roll ups: Recipe

tablespoons crunchy peanut butter

tablespoons teriyaki baste and glaze (from 12-oz bottle)

tablespoon packed brown sugar

tablespoon hot water
1
teaspoon sesame or canola oil

Old El Paso™ flour tortillas for burritos (8 inch; from 11-oz package)

slices (1 oz each) deli cooked chicken breast 
1 1/2
cups shredded iceberg lettuce 
1 1/2
cups shredded carrots 
1/2
cup chopped fresh cilantro

  1. I've been really getting into eating healthy foods, but it gets rather expensive having to buy meals and snacks. So having this kind of info goes a long way to help me just go out and get the ingredients and make it myself. Sounds delicious by the way... who can go wrong with peanut butter? :)

    1. Exactly, in addition peanut butter has at least 25 grams of protein, so really who can go wrong?
