Quick healthy snack for work PT 2: Banana Nut Bread




Another round of healthy snacks for the office:





¾ cup gold metal all-purpose flour

¾ cup gold medal whole wheat flour

½ cup sugar

¾ cup mashed very ripe bananas (about 2 medium)

1 container (6 oz) greek fat free plain yogurt

1/3 cup vegetable oil

1 teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon salt

2 eggs

½ cup coarsely chopped nuts
